Step 1
Fill out form to download and install both trial programs:

Find the OTRx-Win Product ID in the Options - Registration screen.
Step 3
To get your unlock Keys; enter this information in the Comments box during purchase.
- Your unique OTRx-Win Product ID AND
- Your exact Hot Sync ID (upper rt. corner-Hot Sync Screen)
- This information is needed to calculate your unlock Keys.
- Your keys will be emailed within 24-48 hours of purchase confirmation.
Be sure to include in the Message box:
- Your Hot Sync ID from your Palm
- The unique Product ID from OTRx-Win Registration screen.
Both are needed to calculate your unique unlock keys. |
Information Needed for Unlock Key on Palm PDAs
Please enter the exact, case-sensitive Hot Sync ID when you purchase this software. This is required in order to calculate the specific unlock key for your PDA (spacing is important, too)
To find your Hot Sync ID:
- Go to the Home Screen (ALL applications launcher)
- Tap the Hot Sync Icon.
- Your Hot Sync ID is the name in the upper right corner.
If your Unlock Key does not work:
Use our Contact Us form and submit name and email, along with your exact Hot Sync ID in Hot Sync ID field.
