Please enter your exact, case-sensitive PPC Owner Name when you purchase this software. Spacing and punctuation are important, so Please DON'T GUESS!

This Name is required in order to calculate the specific Unlock Key for your PDA.

To find the Owner Name on your PPC device:

1. Tap Start - Settings - Owner Information
2. The Owner Name is what we need
3. The Owner Name is also found on the Today screen after "Owner"

If the Unlock Key that you received does not work:

Contact Us. Be sure to enter the correct Owner Name in the Hot Sync or ActiveSync ID field, along with your name and email. We will send your correct Key within 24-48 hours.
